No, that's the thing - i was faced with this incredible white landscape that looked IR except for the bare wood on the trees. |

Ahhhh - my knowledge belied. I knew sensor heat was part of the noise equation but never considered ambient temps being a contributing/inhibiting factor - very cool to know!
