Wonderfully done. It has so many "layers" yet it isn't busy. Love the lines of the icy water both vertical and diagonal with the icicles. The composition is excellent as well. I'm a huge fan of the square crop too. Had you cropped out part of the bottom and made it more of a rectangular shape, that would have worked too. 8

You know...the overall appeal is an homage to Ansel Adams: 100% of photo in acceptable to stark focus, rocks in foreground, sky in background. You could try to post-process it that way. My only slight change would be to have the girl to wear a white or red jacket for crisp blacks & whites, whereas the green may show up as a gray (although you may want that.) :)
