This is crying out for the "law of thirds" to be applied - re-cropping to place the towerover to the left. The spread of the fireworks would have supported this beautifully. And it could have used just a tiny bit of straightening.

I can't make up my mind whether the ANZ building in the bottom right is a distraction or not. It would be hard to crop it out without losing too many useful elements, though.

Where was this taken from? I can't think of any building from where you could have taken a shot this high. It looks like Nortcote Point in the background, so maybe somewhere around Albert Park?
