Flower Burstby SandyPComment by strangeghost: This looks like you applied a selective blur to the non-flower portions of the arrangement. The effect is very nice, but the irregularity of the boundaries is a bit disconcerting. |

Flower Burstby SandyPComment by elee3009: Beautiful treatment which reinforces the challenge real well. I would just lose the blurred white vase a little more as it distracts a lot. |

Flower Burstby SandyPComment by C-town driver: I really like the idea and direction you are going with this shot. The colors and different elements add alot of interest here. IMHO the masking/blurring effect you've used detracts from the shot somewhat since the evidence of the post processing is apparent around the edges of the flowers. It lends a somewhat 'artificial' feel to the photo. I think a similar impact could have been achieved in-camera using shallow DOF and/or multipoint focus and selecting areas to focus on. Just my opinion, nice shot nonetheless |

Flower Burstby SandyPComment by livitup: The post processing blurring should have been evenly applied, or not at all. A good example is the light colored rose just above and to the right of the main pink flower in the foreground. There's a very hard edge where the blur goes from full to none at all, and the line is in the middle of the flower. |

Flower Burstby SandyPComment by Tallbloke: I might be wrong but this looks like a very heavy handed photoshopping blur session, detracts from what may have been a pleasant shot. |

Flower Burstby SandyPComment by TheresaA: Wow, Your flowers are just exploding with color. I love how you used the glossen blur to create that effect. You did some great editing there. I think that this is such a beautiful image, absolutely love the colors and arrangement of the flowers. Very, Very professional looking. |
