Storms a Comingby kevinswopeComment by Clou9: An improvement might be to bring more of the bare trees in the field of vision, just to create more interest...=) |

Storms a Comingby kevinswopeComment by jmsetzler: This landscape lacks a strong element to really catch the viewer's eye. The bare tree on the lower left of the frame could posibly have made a nice subject for this shot as well.. maybe focus a little closer on it for a strong black and white shot :) - setzler |

Storms a Comingby kevinswopeComment by timj351: This is a little too simplistic for me and I don't like the bits of branches stick out on the left top. Maybe if the sky was more dramatic looking it would work better for me. It's a good idea but it needs some more work. 5 -Tim |

Storms a Comingby kevinswopeComment by albright1: This is a really moody, desolate shot, that is really quite stirring. It actually took me a moment to realize that it's b/w. I initially thought it was just a really gloomy, gray scene! |

Storms a Comingby kevinswopeComment by Swashbuckler: I really like the trees in the left corner, with the slope of the hill, it seems very interesting to me. Usually, I like close foreground stuff (most often coming from the bottom of the frame), but for some reason I just don't like those branches just hanging on the left edge of the photo. I see the clouds and yes a bit stormy, but IMO not contrasty/dark enough to be really threatening (see title). I think I could have lived with the hill being fully sillhouetted (just a thought). 7 Swash |
