And it's not burnt out at all - look how carefully controlled the light end of the scale is - you can see where the bird's white head meets the hazy sky. You really have to keep exploring different subjects like this - see where they take you. We'll be waiting ;-) |

patienceby bmartuchComment by Techo: Most excellent shot. My top5 fave from the challenge. I didn't vote but this quiet image speaks volumes to me. The shot looks good on my screen. No blown highlights are anything of the sort. If anything, perhaps would've liked the landline in the back to be slightly lighter in color. |
