You know, the editing in this makes it something to catch attention, but unfortunately, it's been my experience that a lot of voters in this site just don't like the "edited look" which really doesn't make sense since we all have this really cool editing capabilities. Nicely done in my estimation!

Very nice DOF annd subject. The only thing I would recommend would be to use a little neatimage for the noise and maybe crop it differently. The composition isn't very strong, I feel like the top op the stem should be coming from a corner instead of the top center...The way it is now makes it feel somewhat disjointed b/c the eye automatically wants to go to the center even thought the focus is on the middle left. Just an opinion.
