Of all your wonderful images, this one is my favorite. What a great photo for you and your family to cherish forever. Personally, I don't see a single thing that I would change.

Nice, nice DOF, I wonder if you bumped the contrast/brightness up a little what would happen? Great, shot I'd be proud to have it in my portfolio.

Frame it and put it on a wall, great family portrait:) The imperfections are what makes the shot, I'm sure no one was actually sitting still during this shot and it just adds to the feel that you were all probably laughing, joking and being a close family. Gotta love it!

I think it's flaws are what makes it so likeable. If perfectly focused with no noise, it would make a lovely stock shot. As is, it makes a lovely family portrait with a sense of life to it. I prefer the latter. From a purely critical review as opposed to emotional reaction, the upper left is a bit "off" compared to the rest of the photo in tone/color, and I'm not sure that has a positive contribution.

Very creative idea for a family portrait. It must have been fun shooting this one. I imagine a lot of giggling.

Comment by bassbone:
the odd angles of the eletrical poles, the cigarette butt, the flatness of the gray road, and the sharpness of the church's steeple provide a weathered and stark feel - good stuff
