Ultimately though, I'm seeing purple and green, and a slightly unusual green at that, so doesn't meet the Challenge in my opinion. |

Orchidby ariantoComment by rwouthuis: An interesting composition. I think you've got good focus but the lighting is a little harsh. Maybe the use of a polarizer might have helped to bring out the colour and texture of the leaves. |

Orchidby ariantoComment by Claya: Lighting is really harsh and I don't see any significant amounts of yellow or red, which according to the challenge details would be the complimentary colors to purple or green respectively. |
