Looks like the focus was placed on the left side of the photo and it blurred out the cute kid on the right. I think a second or third take may have grabbed a better shot.

it looks like you had some sort of file problems cause I see some weird pixelezation in the image. Good capture of the expression on the boys face. I understand why you may have wanted a bunch of people in the picture but it would have been better if you would have gotten closer to the boy and filled the frame with his face and the fountain.

Nice! Colors blend well and there are several strong lines. I know it's hard to avoid but the 3 "halfheads" (guy in red shirt to the right/ guy behind woman in center/ woman in yellow) hurt the shot. Also what IS that black plastic thing? Distracted me.
