Cute shot! Seems a bit blown out in the leg areas, but not bad. Looks like you used Guassion blur. Try to get a bit closer to the subject to avoid noticable lines.

Truthfully, I fall into the "if you shot it at a zoo, it doesn't -really- qualify as wildlife photography" camp, but on the other hand, I'm a sucker for a great photo, and I think this is a great photo. It looks as though you've boosted color saturation a biit, but It hink it works well -- the tigers pop out from the screen in a really cool and appealing way. Good job.
