Proboscisby paha_lComment by KarANN: I like this picture. I like the way the lens comes really really close to you, and the the camera is kinda far away. The black and white really brings out the camera, and the curtain behind it is very pretty. I dont understand how it is the 70s though. |

"Whole world does not cost one tear of child" Dostoevskyby paha_lComment by sjoseph1: This is a nice picture, however the child does not look at all sad, so the tear looks like it was intentionally placed. Which I am sure it was, however if the child looked sadder and perhaps had watery eyes I would have given this a higher score. Take the tear away and it's a great potrait of the child. points taken off for reasons stated above I gave you a 6. |

"Whole world does not cost one tear of child" Dostoevskyby paha_lComment by Montereykiddo: Love the shot. I actually am one of the few people who appreciates soft focus sometimes. In my opinion things don't always have to be in crystal clear focus to achieve the artistic style that you were going for.
My biggest problem is that the tear is the only thing representing pain in the babies face. The facial expression is very content and pleasant looking. If he looked more sad, hurt, or emotional in anyway it would be a bit more powerful. Love the fingers on the face though. Very nice image. Keep up the great work! :)) |
