At homeby MambeComment by deapee: hrmm...pretty good. I bet a lot of people are complaining about the blown out section out the window...that's the first thing that grabbed my eye too. The eye tends to be drawn to the brightest part of an image. Really, there's probably no way to correct the exposure problem other than ...
underexposing yourself really badly...using a REALLY bright flash hehe...or using multiple images blended together. So, I guess (on a budget) you'd be limited to finding something else for the background (still using the natural light) or cropping that section out. |

At homeby MambeComment by dartompkins: This is a great shot. Light is wonderful. The arm looks the slightest bit uncomfortable since the elbow is elevated above the shoulder, and I like it better with the left side cropped in to the wooden window frame, but that is just personal preference, It is quite wonderful as is. 9. |

A truly lovely portrait with very good lighting. The facial expression radiates confidence and kindness. The hair is great as it wraps around the neck and into the front atop the lovely shade of the body wrap. Hand position is good, except that inclussion of the pinky would have helped even more. Good focus. Bumping up. |

At homeby MambeComment by milo655321: Your face is nicely lit. It's a pleasing picture, but the left side is just too bright. It kept distracting me. |

At homeby MambeComment by ubique: This is a beautiful portrait. Wonderful pose; using the window not just for its light, but also as a prop and as a graphic device in this very skilful composition. Camera work excellent & processing (if any) unobtrusive. Intelligent and mature photography. 9. |
