Color At The Libraryby jdannelsComment by Arcanist: Yup ... I DO like this one much better. It comes off like the silo is flat and there is a 3D hand like he's part of the exhibit! |

At the Libraryby jdannelsComment by Arcanist: Nice catch with the light on the hand and the slight highlighting of the earphones. This is a well composed shot. A bit tilted to the left, but very artsy nonetheless. |

At the Libraryby jdannelsComment by Melethia: I like 'em both - color and B&W - which is odd for me. I'll almost always be drawn more to the B&W. Nicely seen. |

Stair Caseby jdannelsComment by Melethia: I was just going to ask how you do your conversions because they're so rich and strong, so thanks for sharing the info! I'll have to give it a try one of these days. Very nice set of shots, these. |

Twoby jdannelsComment by roz: hi joe ... & WOW .. you're a master b&w craftsman!! ... this is just beautiful .. i absolutely love the minimalism .. love the composition .. love the dense black without any grey at all in the landscape ... AND THAT SKY!!!!!!! ... STUNNING .........
i'm interested that it was a 30 sec exposure .. wot sort of F/stop? .. i would've thought you'd lose the utter black with such a long exposure ... and wot ISO?? |

Twoby jdannelsComment by Retroesque: You know it looks like those two trees are trudging up the hill. The smaller tree seems to be doing it harder - GRIN!
Wonderful clouds - I'm watching and learning! |
