this little light of mineby jdannelsComment by trevytrev: I love the lighting in this and how it shows just enough for you to know what you are looking at. I do feel that the composition is a bit lacking, maybe a bit tighter crop or more of the face with negative space in front instead of behind. |

Down and Outby jdannelsComment by pmk: Neat perspective and nice photo. Be cool to see a version of this at high noon when the shadow is centered down the middle. |

Down and Outby jdannelsComment by keibo84: it would have been cool if the bridge was cutting the edges of the frame at the same height (more symmetrical) |

Sand Harbor, Lake Tahoeby jdannelsComment by Melethia: Striking and quite impressive vista (not the OS, the actual view). I like what you're doing with the HDR B&W thing - gives nice contrast, depth. How do you avoid the specklies? (Highly technical term, I know - I mean the "noise" that HDR and tonemapping seems to generate.) I like the light stripe in the sky (contrail) echoed by the dark stripes (water?) on the rock beneath. |

Sand Harbor, Lake Tahoeby jdannelsComment by twmax: I'm becoming a big fan of your black and white HDR's. This is another beautiful example, and was taken with what is quickly becoming my favorite lens. I wish you had posted your exposure details...love the water. |
