Neat perspective. Since the background was already dark, I would have liked to see the exposure darkened to bring out the texture of the tire. Appear slightly underexposed.

Composition: Wheel is nicely parallel to the frame, although looking at the pic I want to step the right a little to be more face-on to the edge of the tire. I keep thinking you've hidden something behind the right-hand edge of the wheel!
Technical: Nice focus and contrast. Good choice of b&w I think.
Meets challenge: A little iffy, sorry..
Overall impression: Nice photo, but I don't think it really 'fills the frame'.
