I like the high contrast on this shot. I like the composotion, especially the placement of your subjects in the frame. I think the motion blue could have been done away with, or panned better so that your taxis had a part of them in sharp focus.

Something about this photo appeals to me, but I can't quite place it. Most people will probably complain about the motion blur and all, but there's something about it coupled with the the B&W presentation that I'm enjoying here.

Good black and white -- very dramatic and compelling. I do think you could almost go with a vertical crop and eliminate the third guy as he is more of a distraction from the action (unless that was your point).
