It is hard to say if the focus is soft or the bells are too sharp that it's just reflection. In any case, it is very warm and merry.

Love the soft focus. Exposure is excellent and I think the saturation and color balance is perfect. A very tasteful and aesthetic presentation.

I feel it was a shame that you added this border. IMO, it does nothing for this image, and is quite a distraction. Ultimately, this is not a major issue and does not warrant a major deduction in your score.
