B&W was a good choice here. Unfortunately, the very bright light from the background and the guy's white hair "melt" together, which, hmm, isn't good. It might have worked a bit better if you had lowered your camera slightly and pointed it more upwards. And BTW: maybe i'm wrong, but wasn't this taken at Utrecht CS?

Good point of view and use of lines and angles. IMHO I think a slower shutter speed to expose more detail and emphasize the motion of the people may have helped? Also, the part of the ledge/railing on the bottom left is somewhat distracting. Nice picture nonetheless.
