I have no idea how you get that effect with your processing.

I expose in orf. (raw), convert in Lightroom and also edit in CS3.
I have a Dell 1908FP, which by nature seems to be fairly contrasty & dark to begin with,
however I do have color calibration: GretagMacbeth i1Match_362

Magnificently done! I love the green and gold/yellow tones in this picture. The DOF is perfect and those pink flowers stand out nicely against the foreground and background. The softness surrounding those little flowers is the icing on the cake!

These are beautiful flowers in the wild. I like that you shot this so that one looks like a reflection of the other by using shallow DOF and careful positioning of the camera when you composed the shot.
