I looked back and found I gave you a 7 in the July Free Study! I liked it! I think your treatment in the free study was great with a nice dark background. I enjoy this color version as well. The line doesn't bother me, but for a free study, I can see how people can nit-pick the details. She has lovely eyes that are shown well and the glimmer from the earing is a nice detail!

Yes they did, and it must have been some really quick-drying concrete, because they were walking on it a few yours later! Lots of iron went into this building as you can see... it has something to do with being in an earthquake-prone region.
