Yes they did, and it must have been some really quick-drying concrete, because they were walking on it a few yours later! Lots of iron went into this building as you can see... it has something to do with being in an earthquake-prone region.

I like this even better than the one you chose to share officially. The patterns are great and they look like a couple of toy figures that have been carefully placed in a model.
