Similar to the other one, I like it overall and would like to suggest trying something: grab part of this image, a composition of the far bench and the tree to the left of it, and maybe some of the surroundings that looks good when you crop. I think the look there is magical and would be interested to see how that crop comes out!

The only thing I would change here, is clone out that green pole to the left of the tree. It cuts the picture in a weird way.

It does look painted and with so many colors.
I am not sure "waiting" is the right name for it.
For me, "waiting" is something slow and boring. Here there's so many exciting things all over! Not one dull minute!
I love the high saturation and the "new" feeling and I think this crop is better then "waiting I".
