Love those ears! S/he looks awfully serious, I must say. Could use a bit of fill light or dodging on the shadowed eye; just too cute a dog for film noir (bete noir?) lighting.

The green street sign on the bottom edge takes something away from this shot. If you could clone it out or crop above it I think it will be better.

Nice looking dog, and the lighting here is very good. The left side of the photo is dark, maybe some dodging or burning would be better for it.
