Conquering Acrophobiaby CutterComment by srbrubaker: It can be extremely difficult to capture, from the top of a mountain, the grandeur one experiences. Usually when one adds figures to these kinds of lanscapes they are distant so we get a sense of scale. The subject is nestled nicely into the powerful part of the photo. and the exposure is perfect, but somehow neither the person nor the rugged terrain seem to carry the photo. Doubt it would make a big difference here, but when faced with photos where the colors don't add much, you might consider trying B&W. |

Conquering Acrophobiaby CutterComment by Jutilda: I wish the colors were more vivid. The sky and the mountains are nice but the figure might have more punch if he were in high focus and had more coloration that didn't blend into the background. |
