Kick It!by CutterComment by christie3: Sweet!
Wish his face hadn't been so OOF--I guess the challenge WAS shoes, though...
I dunno, you still get a high score from me because I like skateboarders. : ) |

Kick It!by CutterComment by KiwiShotz: Nice action, stopped clean. Not sure that sepia colouring is appropriate for such a modern action. 5 |

Kick It!by CutterComment by sanx: Not sure if that's a valid skateboard picture, but otherwise a really cool photo! |

Kick It!by CutterComment by sump: Nice placement and lighting. Was your skater posing cause you'd think they're would be more blur if he was actually doing a kick flip or some trick like that. |

Kick It!by CutterComment by Caine: A nice shot, good contrast, and captures the action well. Not sure about the crop. It's too tight to capture the whole picture for a sports shot, and it's too loose to really focus on the shoes, which is suppossed to be the theme. The right leg, the board and the arm would have been enough. Less is more |

Kick It!by CutterComment by PoetryInColor: Nice... I like the action. Good job on the sharp, too. However, this particular picture may have worked better w/a different colorization or sepia tone. ;) |

Milk Moneyby CutterComment by eschelar: This is really good. I don't dislike the background too much, but I agree with others who said a bigger saucer would have helped underneath.
The effect of a hole in milk is really good. I wonder if you could have made the milk look better if you had used cream or something a little heavier instead. There seems to be a lot of weird pink-orange colouring too. This is likely a byproduct of your main light source penetrating too far into the milk. |
