undecidedby charliebakerComment by pcarpi: I gave this a really low score because I don't feel taking shots like this will improve your photography, and it isn't interesting to the viewers (at least not me). Let me know if I missed something - it is just blank, right? |

undecidedby charliebakerComment by RonBeam: There is a painting like this in the Dayton Art Institute in Dayton, Ohio. Except that the painting does have a 1/2 inch narrow band of color just inside the outer perimeter all the way around. But the rest of the painting is just like your submission. It is considered a work of art. So ......... nice shot. |

undecidedby charliebakerComment by Zoomdak: Pure genius! I love this so much that I took I printed it and went to my local gallery to have it appraised. But they loved it so much that they stole the print (that I stole from you) and immediatly framed it and put it in the central showcase! But I must give you the credit for this amazing piece of art =). 10 |

undecidedby charliebakerComment by Arcanist: Hmmmm. A decision was definitely made in order to choose this as an entry, however the stark white of the shot, and the blown highlight in the upper left corner, combined with the lack of a thirds rule type of composition is very distracting. I do like what the image is trying to say, but feel that the crop could have been a bit more tightly (or widely) used to better bring out the nature of your message. I'm sorry, but this image receives a one from me. |
