Pacific Vortexby charliebakerComment by charliebaker: Many asked how this photo was created. I set the exposure on 15 seconds, and walked backwards away from the camera while swinging my headlamp in a circle. The photo was taken at 1AM and the 15 second exposure (maximum on my digital camera)didn't allow for much light, so in bringing up the light contrast, the grain was the result. I tried neat imaging the thing but stayed with the grain in hopes of capturing more of the spinning sense within the midst of a vortex. Thanks for the comments. |

Pacific Vortexby charliebakerComment by sidpixel: I like the idea and the effect but for me, I think the processing has been pushed too far. I do like the surreal effect of it - good luck |

Shepherd's Dellby charliebakerComment by raish: Right then, joke's on me as I now have to plough through 564 images and bump them all (yes, all of them) up. There'll be a third run through for fine tuning. It's day two now and I'm running late, sorry.
Another blurry water shot? No! It works! 6 |
