For me the first thing I notice is that the stalks are overly smooth. If some tool was used to smooth them I feel it went too far. It makes a distraction for me. If a tool wasn't those are certainly the smoothest talks I have seen. Im assuming green-onions. But I am not a master chef so I have no idea exactly. I enjoy the clarity of the container and the contrast of the strings inside. Just the actual greenage appears faulty to me.
