The Abduction of Johnby taterbugComment by Tammer: The wrinkles on the background on the left hand side of photo make it less..."realistic" for me, but I like the concept and idea. |

The Abduction of Johnby taterbugComment by bfox2: I like the composition and idea, but the colors are a little flat. You might try changing the curves or boosting the contrast a little bit to make the shot a little bit more vivid. |

Prison Stripes 'n Cellsby taterbugComment by SJCarter: Very cool shot and I love the vivid colors on the wasps and comb. The tones of the background are a distraction though. Have you considered possibly desaturating the background or burning it almost out? I don't remember whether the challenge would have allowed for that, but I think it might keep the viewer's focus on the subjects. Great contrast, focus, & DOF on the subjects. |

Rocky Shoreby taterbugComment by SJCarter: Love the composition and great focus. The water is a tad too blue though IMHO. I think if it were darker and blacker you could still see through it to the bottom (which is nice) and it would create a more realistic appearance. The colors on the rocks and leaves is wonderful. |

The Damby taterbugComment by sanx: I don't like all the blackness at the top of the image. Lighting not good. |
