The Cross by markwileyComment by nam: This has to be the Blue. The convergences/intersections/conjunctions are unmistakable, the perspective is amazing, the tones and focus are crisp. An easy 10 from me. |

The Cross by markwileyComment by MichaelC: Even without the limitations of the challenge I find this a very engaging image - my only 10. |

Leave no Child Behind -- George W. Bush, 2000by markwileyComment by PennyStreet: Originally posted by Lydia: I really wanted to do this... I could see my image in my mind... but...
Even if I'd had a child model, I wouldn't have shot it as well as you. |
Lydia would have shot a good image, but candid is always better, IMO. The expressions just can't be made up. Love this. Excellent processing too. |

Drivenby markwileyComment by riot: A strong composition, and an original take on this cliche. I feel the fade around the railway image is a little too squared off and rectangular near the top left. The front lighting on the skin works in some parts of the image, but looks a little too waxy, especially around the ear and nose. Nevertheless, one of my highest scores in this contest. |
