Now, I have to ask... Where do they have National Free Hugs Day? I suppose in Oceanside. I guess I will have to put a trip there on my calendar for next year.

Of the three you posted, I like this one the best. The confused expression on the passerby is priceless, but it is perfect that he is a bit out of focus. I also got a chuckle out of the "DO NOT" on the sign between the young lady and the bemused passerby.

Wonderful. One just can not beat being in the right place at the right time.
