I like this. Nice composition - the lettering is a little overpowering, but the fact that it's hollow helps. I like that the gold is on the end of a blade - nice symbolism there. What do the markings on the ring mean?

Scored this a 6 during the challenge. I like the composition a lot. The DOF is good, but the focus could be a hair sharper and I think the color tones are a tad on the dull/dark side. Still, I think it's very engaging for the viewer - the model's expression really resonates.

I love minimalist images and I think this has a lot going for it, but probably went too far. There is so much sky that the lighthouse gets lost with the low contrast duotone editing choice. I think that if that contrast was higher and/or you cropped more off the top & right, it would improve the shot by allowing the viewer to really see more of the subject (provided that the subject is in fact the lighthouse).
