OK, glad I finally got to this image. Its one I picked out whilst flicking through the thumbnails. All I can say about this image is that it is just perfect. It really is one of the best in the challenge. Even the tiny moon works for me.. perfect in everyway..

obviously a ten from me :-) hope to see this on the frontpage.. but its up against some real good contenders.

The contrast in this picture is astounding. It really highlights many different aspects of this picture, but doesn't overdo it. It really helps to focus the main idea of this picture.

This is a fabulous shot, but the rule of thirds seems to be barely followed--maybe if the horizon line was a bit lower instead of right thru the middle of the shot?
