GOING DOWN !!!!!!!!by freetimeComment by floyd: Either you have a very odd shaped toilet or this picture is stretched. Either way it's distracting from the point of the picture. It's a fine idea and you've captured the water well. |

GOING DOWN !!!!!!!!by freetimeComment by Journey: Funny, I was considering a similar shot :) Love what the water is doing. You could have cleaned up the surroundings somewhat and remove the objects that are distracting. And to make sure that the image and title really pertain to the CW challenge, put a copy of the Wall Street Journal or something like that on the rim. Good job. |

Leaf it aloneby freetimeComment by Gordon: slightly out of focus/ too close for your camera I think. Shadows are distracting at bottom and right too |

Leaf it aloneby freetimeComment by jimmsp: I think you could have improved this with brighter lighting and focus. If you meant to have a "soft focus", I don't think it applies for a texture photo. |

Leaf it aloneby freetimeComment by LanSnake: Your probably getting lots of comments about 'not in focus', right? That's my primary observation on how you could improve this image. You've found a great subject for texture, but you need a sharp focus to show that texture. I might also play with the position of the main stem; either move it a bit to the left, or try a few shots with it forming more of a diagonal into the photo. |

Leaf it aloneby freetimeComment by sheyingshi88: Your leaf doesn't appear sharp. Possibly you got too close for your camera to focus, or your shutter speed was a little slow. Macro requires a little more steadiness (or a tripod) because a small amount of camera movement is a larger precentage of the picture field. |

Leaf it aloneby freetimeComment by GeneralE: I like the composition but would prefer sharper focus to better show the relief of the smaller veins. |
