Nice. Festive. I think this would benefit from a little more light on the closest pinwheel. I like the contrasting texture of the background. The light on the reflective surfaces seems to provide enough motion without actually spinning the subjects, but the overly birhgt whites seem to throw the composition out of balance.

The composition and color are nice, but the lighting needs work. The bottom wheel is very dark. The top are too bright.
