What?by pmichaudComment by kasaba: Also much prefer this as an overall shot, but I do like the other one for the subject. This is a more ... "common" (?) picture, but the technical side is better (IMO). |

Man With Catby pmichaudComment by kasaba: I think the subject is wonderful. I don't like the overexposed forhead (at least it looks overexposed to me), and the hand also seems to lack detail. A shame, because I think this could be a great image. |

What?by pmichaudComment by Kroburg: I think this is the better portrait of the two. Focus is a bit softer (but still OK on the eyes) and contrast is much more 'natural'. I also like the toning of the image. |

Man With Catby pmichaudComment by nam: Too much contrast for me - I think that's what it is. I think the eyes are way too dark and the forehead and hand too bright. Looks like an interesting subject though.
