The felt pads in this shot are a little distracting, I would have rotated the trumpt away from the camera a little more.. Stunning image though, and good choise for the backdrop.

Sharpness/focus might have been improved just a little, but this is being pedantic because the sheen makes focus very difficult in the first place and a good result has been achieved anyway. Lovely colour, great contrast. The green glow on the valves really 'finished off' the image. Nice use of an interesting background. Complementary colours. Score 9.

This is great - i love the shiny blue, the sky is bright and interesting... it certainly meets the challenge, so no problems there. i do think the green plastic stuff does detract a wee bit... did you consider rotating yourself round a bit to avoid it? still, it's a well crafted image - 8.
