I really like where you were heading with this pic (no pun intended) but, especially due to the title, I would have liked to see the road stretching off into the distance - it would have been the subject in your photograph. I believe that every picture needs a subject to draw attention and create the 'wow' factor - this is the element that seems to be lacking in this one. The cloud formations are amazing! You've captured these very well!!!

Nice use of negative space! The white line where the horizon and the sky meet is a little distracting. Perhaps a little oversharpened?

This image is a real problem for me. I REALLY want to like it - it has a great fairy tale quality, but I think it has too much post processing and not enough done "in camera." If I am wrong, I apologize.... It's still a very tale like submuission.

Except for the challenge - this photo has an awful lot going for it. Perfect exposure and composition - using colors that compliment each other very well. On a pickie, pickie note - it should be rotated just a bit ccw. The missing bars in the bopttom center of the window must have a story. As for the "framing" bit - I guess you are framing the clouds. Nice job.
