Smaller F-Stop (here at F22) and longer shutter time (here 2.5 seconds) can really get the results of beautifully rich detail - and you have done so here. I like the different perspective you took. Showing us the underside of the flowers shows us the beautifully rich detail of the underside of the petals and 'backside' support of the flower. Great textures, tones and details are captured in this composition. I am not very fond that the vase is showing for it detracts from the beauty of the flowers. A smaller vase with a lower profile would have allowed more stems to show thus giving the viewer the perspective 'impression' that we are sitting lower than the towering flowers and need to look up.
