overall too dark and lacking of saturation. the bird at the edge is rather distracting, would have been a nice touch if it were a bit more left. The border takes away from the image

Wonderful available light shot, with so much emotion in the eyes. I would actually like to see a bit wider crop, to the outside of the bars, so it is almost immediately apparent that he is in a cage (and hopefully why), and which might isolate him a bit more in the image. I do like it as is, though, and I definitely wouldn't crop it any tighter.
