Stare of an Emuby GaiaComment by dahkota: wish the DOF was just a touch longer. The eyes fade out of focus. Otherwise, an excellent image. Love the composition. 7 - good luck in the challenge! |

Stare of an Emuby GaiaComment by muur88: the mouth reminds me of something out of jurassic park. very cool. the eyes are very soft...perhaps this was your intention. it definitely got my attention for a few moments-6 |

Stare of an Emuby GaiaComment by Gauti: If the focus plane would extend all the way back to the eyes this would be a perfect picture. I know how difficult that can be with a beak pointing towards you, but the eyes are just so critical in this sort of things.
Good luck /7 |

Stare of an Emuby GaiaComment by metoecus: I went to high school with a guy who looked a lot like this. On a technical note, the DOF is a little shallow for my tastes; I'd prefer to see his eyes in sharp focus as well.

Stare of an Emuby GaiaComment by amber: Stop it your're scaring me! This would have been great if you had the eyes in sharp focus instead of the beak. Still nice though;) |
