DSCF7094_filtered_web.jpgby kevrobertsonComment by caleblack: I like the fact that you didn't go for the easy "Center style" portrait. It makes the image much more powerful, especially with the gaze of this woman going towards the top right. I could see just a hint of dodging to make the whites pop out a bit, more of a contrast to the black background (but I'm a big fan of contrast). Overall, very nice job, great expression, her skin glow is very nice. |

Sundownby kevrobertsonComment by notonline: A little OoF in my opinion and a little to dark as well. Would have been nice if it were more like a silohouette but then it may not have fit the challenge. As is it does fit the challenge but does nothing to please the eyes. I bet in bright day light this is a very beautiful building. Good luck in this challenge <5> |

Pianoby kevrobertsonComment by ShutterPug: I agree with idnic - needs a deeper DOF. Composition is very nice - like the angle of this shot. |

Cut Flowers in Vase. Urban Editionby kevrobertsonComment by Rikki: This is a "unique" photo. Not only do we have a cone for a vase but teh flowers are dead too. There's a sense of fun in this photo... a typical image you would probably see in an urban environment. I like the fact that the "garbage" is still there and not cloned out. very interesting idea and concept. |

setting sunby kevrobertsonComment by bucket: maybe too picky..but I think I would like to see the crop be just below the left part of the sky/building line.. and the clock brought out a bit...it might ruin your shot too...I love the clock..the sky is a given, very nice. |
