The smile is nice but her teeth are really yellow. I like the natural tilt of the head, very playfull. The tight crop works well here. Things I might mess with, depending on how much you use photoshop, would be dodging her eyes to make them pop a little more, removing the yellow heavy from teeth and slightly from the skin, lightening the background to seperate her from it a little more, and cloning out the chair. This is of course all subjective but just what I would do if this were my shot.

the color and the papers all over he wall gives this image a psychotic feel for me and the models look of mental anguish pushes this over the top. very well done on that aspect but I would prefer a sharper focus. Composition is great. good luck
