Comment by redmoon:
i would recommend that when faced with such a shot / location, you rest your camera on something - such as one of those bollards in the street. this will minimise camera movement. the shot also needs a bit more focus. i love the way the abbey is lit - the blue lighting is very effective. moving along the street closer to the building, and perhaps focusing on one part of the abbey might have given a more dramatic shot. 3.

Ok, but the position of the pencil is kinda fake. I would like to have see it mid sentence.

lol :) :) cool idea. I like the cdplayer at the top to add more the the shot. Maybe if the written lines were not quite complete the shot would feel a little more sporadic and less composed.

The poles seem to interfere rather than enhance - perhaps if they had framed the bottom of the Abbey

Nice expression and pose. I'm not sure your sepia communicates much or enhances your communication much, though.

A nostalgic look with the sepia giving it that old time look. Bumping up.

Comment by Artyste:
The woman in the foreground turns this from a photograph, into a snapshot. She's distracting, and doesn't contribute to the theme or the composition. Another angle showing more of the vendor would have really helped as well, as the clarity and lighting on him, and the booth, is nice. All of this is, of course, just my opinion.
