I saw a shot smilar to this one and I commented that he overdid it, used a too long shutter and it came out like a big blur. I feel that the same applies here, but not as much, this shot is better but IMO below average in this challenge. Good idea though, it´s just the execution I don´t like. To be clear though I don´t dislike it either.
