The surreallism here is beautifully interpreted. Technically, it could use a bit more contrast and slightly better lights & darks. That's nit picking though for this splendidly imaginative image.

Yes thot would have to be one of those dreams you have after a two week bender on some ackward narcotic. Very strange. I like the grainy look you added to this photo but I think you may have used just a tad to much. As I look at this my mind keeps repeating WTF? Great job!! fits the challenge very nicely.
