This is a nice product shot.. very well executed. I haven't read your comments yet but I have no Idea why this didn't score much better than it did. Maybe when I read those comments, it will reveal a secret :)

Maybe the image, even though well executed, doesn't 'touch' anyone. Product photography often has this effect. It doesn't speak to me in any way other than to make me ask myself "would I buy a pair of these glasses?"

It appears that your border and your composition are in question from the comments... The composition is fine, in my opinion. The border may be a bit overdone, but it's not a point loss from me...

The great quality on the bottom of the glass isn't matched on the top, which is a pity. You were brave to choose a textured backing paper rather than the more traditional (and better?) smooth one which might have blended with the smooth glass better. 5

I liked your attempt to light this, but, for my feeling, more of the white of the milk in the glass should be showing. I find it a bit too dark in the majoritiy.

Very nice composition. I like the clean lines and it fits the challange theme well. The frame is maybe a touch more complicated than it needs to be, but as an image I like it very much!

This pair of scrached and dirty orange sun glasses doesn't draw my intrest into the photo. The rear where the ear peice goes out of picture then back in again is distracting expecially against the sharp white border. But I have to say the shadow/reflection on the surface is nice to look at. Maybe that should have been the subject?
