Very dramatic sky. Unfortunately, the mood of the shot doesn't lead me to believe the thoughts are pleasant, and if I received this as a card I would wonder if the person who sent it was mad at me.

I keep returning to look at this shot because something was bothering me and I couldn't pinpoint it, now I've got it figured out. Don't get me wrong I think it's a great shot, but that umbrella is a solid black blob. I think it's pretty important to have detail in it. Like I literally can see no dimension or detail at all...I don't know if you had detail in the original exposure or not, but if you do I think it would make the shot that much better.

its a nice shot, well thought out, but i dont suspect it was that hard. im sure the subject just jumped with the umbrella and he caught her mid-air. a good shutter speed and nice day did the rest.
