Since I am lacking in technical skills, I cannot give helpful comments. I am strictly a photo buff who is trying to improve, but as to telling you what is wrong or right, I am in no position to say. I am simply voting based on whether I like the picture or not. Sorry, maybe someday I will be able to give helpful advice

Great work but a few little things spoil the image IMHO those are the dark ceiling area this really distracts from the models face and perhaps a little overexposed.

Amazing! This was the exact same thing that popped into my head when I read the challenge topic also! LOL

I find this a bit to awkwardly posed almost unconfortable. If she would turn more towards the window and lean against it that would feel more natural. Or not ;-)

Comment by Jutilda:
The glare coming through the window is too harsh for my taste. The silhouette is ok, but the angle seems a bit awkward as does her pose. Her face is totally lost in shadow, which might have been your intent, but I find it less appealing than if you could have seen more of it with ligh hitting her face.

I agree with you. That is how I saw this challenge, freedom to shoot whatever I wanted. I like this image and your angle, but maybe bumping up the contrast just a little would have given it that little extra.

A good portrait will always get a high score from me. You will receive flak from the prudes about the nakedness of the subject but, this is a great portrait with good lighting! Would like to have seen a more contrast - 8

umm....wow....great model, great shot....you are going to get slammed probably on the fact that "it doesn't fit this challenge," but you get a 9 from me.....way to step out and try something a bit controversial.
